Reported Phenomena: Apportations, strange noises, etc.
Reported Story: They tried to renovate it in the 70's/80's but local legends say they angered the spirits. Stories of apportations, fatal accidents, and a story about a large chunk of ceiling plaster falling right at a group of moviegoers' feet during a Halloween screening. Lots of other disturbances reported as well.
